Nature of Service

Ocura is a screening and wellness tool designed to help users better understand their eye health. Ocura is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses. Results from the app are intended for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Medical Disclaimer

The information provided by Ocura, including screening results, severity assessments, and care recommendations, is for educational and informational purposes only. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or received through the Ocura app.

User Accounts

You may use Ocura as a guest without creating an account. Creating an account enables data synchronization and additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Intellectual Property

The Ocura application, including its design, code, algorithms, and content, is owned by Ocura Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the application.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocura Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application.
